My construction background started with a few renovations and quickly moved to new builds. After making selections for over 40 high end homes in Atlantic Beach Florida, I was hooked.
My favorite part of the design process is brainstorming and coming up with a vision at the very beginning. It's key to making sure we get both beautiful and functional details. I love when we add an unexpected element that ends up becoming one of the most loved parts of the home. And of course, nothing is better than seeing all of the elements come together and watching our clients enjoy the spaces we have helped to create.
When I'm not designing, you can find me spending time with my husband (we're high school sweethearts) and our two girls. We love to travel and I find so much inspiration from coastal landscapes and architecture. We're always dreaming up our next project together, whether it's a unique rental property or a flip house.
Allison Carrier, designer
I earned my degree in Interior Architecture from Samford University. I have extensive knowledge in all the complicated design programs so I can help my clients visualize their dream spaces. I consider myself a perfectionist and work to make all the parts of a design come together harmoniously. My personal style complements the Carrier Design Co. signature coastal vibe.
My favorite part of the design process is problem solving. I love reworking floorplans so they function and flow properly. It's so satisfying to create beautiful and livable spaces that meet our clients' needs. I also love getting to work with my sister.
Outside of work you can find me taking my Golden Retriever, Hope, to the beach. I enjoy gardening, cooking new recipes, and traveling. I'm a Florida girl at heart and love spending time at my family's home in Islamorada.
